Are you 55 or older and looking for a meaningful way to serve, connect, and make an impact?
Crowders Camps is about igniting sparks in students! We want to invite you to be part of something special — an opportunity to invest in the lives of students while enjoying the beauty, fun, and community of camp life.

Our Silver Sparks Volunteer Team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and encouraging environment for every camper and leader who visits. Whether it’s through serving a meal, pouring a cup of coffee, or offering a word of encouragement, your presence makes a difference!

Ways You Can Serve

There are many opportunities for you to get involved — no heavy lifting required, just a willing heart and a warm smile!

Food Service Support: Help in the dining hall with meal prep, serving, and cleanup — bringing joy to every hungry camper.
Coffee & Hospitality Crew: Keep our guests energized and cared for through our coffee stations and snack areas.
Greeters & Encouragers: Welcome campers and leaders as they arrive, assist with check-ins, and offer a kind word or prayer.
Mentorship Moments: Simply being available to listen, share stories, and encourage students in their walk with Christ.
