For more than 50 years, South Mountain Christian Camp has provided Christ-centered summer camp experiences for children and students throughout Rutherford, Polk, and Cleveland Counties—and beyond. Generations of young people have come to South Mountain to build relationships, hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and grow in their faith.

We desire for every kid and student in our area to experience the power of summer camp. That is why we are creating the South Mountain Church Partnership Program, a partnership designed to make summer camp more affordable for churches while helping sustain the operation of South Mountain throughout the year. Not only will your church receive a substantial discount, but you will also enable our ministry to sustain a year-round ministry to make disciples.

The heart of the program is simple: your church partners with South Mountain, and your pastors, student leaders, and children’s leaders come to camp with the young people they already know and love. Your leaders serve as cabin counselors, pour into your students, and continue relationships that can last long after camp is over. Required leader ratio is 7:1, plus one more adult.

Your monthly support helps South Mountain meet year-round operational needs, maintain and improve the property, host retreats, and prepare for another summer of ministry. In return, Church Partners receive a significantly reduced camper rate and access to available 2027 Kids Camp and Student Camp weeks.
